"Rise and Fall"
My subconscious brought a lot out in this one. It truly is special because of the message it holds. On the left is a native american boy standing up on the rock and in the stream is the native american mother holding an owl. Behind them is a waterfall of bliss but something happens that abruptly ends their way of life. They lived in harmony and balance and were good care-takers of nature and the earth. What came is portrayed on the right side of the painting which illustrates the fall of their empire and way of life. There is a volcanic lava hell and the weight of disaster on the right hand side. Many spirits, and faces of agony show up and skeletal bones in the fiery pit. In the center is a scary face trying to get back to the other side resembling the evil forces that had over-come the once natural balance of their world.
